About Bonnie

Some Dogs Make You Smile… Bonnie Makes You Feel It in Your Heart.

There is something truly special about Bonnie. Maybe it’s her big, beautiful grin. Maybe it’s the way she “talks” to you in her sweet little grumbles. Or maybe it’s the way she looks at you like you’re already her whole world. Bonnie is just 2 years old — still so young, with so much love left to give. She came to us after her beloved owners passed away. In the blink of an eye, her whole world changed. And yet… she still smiles. She still loves. She still leans in for affection and greets each day with hope in her eyes. That kind of resilience — that kind of heart — is something truly beautiful. Bonnie is a stunning American Pit Terrier/Lab mix who adores people. She wants to be close to you — part of your conversations, your routines, your quiet evenings at home. She’ll happily “chat” with you about her day and then flash that unforgettable smile that melts you on the spot. She has been waiting patiently, watching people come and go, hoping that the next set of footsteps might be the ones that stop for her. Bonnie doesn’t just need a home. She needs her home. A place where her smile is cherished, her voice is heard, and her heart is safe again.

Ideal Home

Bonnie has done well with other dogs in the past, but she is not a good fit for homes with cats. Her history with children is unknown.
