He arrived in our care needing some serious TLC due to matting, but with a little love and a fresh start, his sweet, outgoing personality has truly blossomed! Scruffles is a curious little explorer who loves to be involved in everything happening around him. He's got a silly, lovable nature that's guaranteed to bring smiles and joy into your life.
