🌟 Meet Dua Lipa — The Pop Princess of the Colibrí Crew 🌟 Found as a tiny 6‑week‑old pup hiding under brush near the Colibrí neighborhood, Dua Lipa has grown into a beautiful, medium‑sized sweetheart who’s been waiting over a year for her forever home.

Dua Lipa has been working with a trainer and some of our volunteers on leash training and she is doing so well. Check out the video below!

Adoption process:

Our rescue is located near Bucerias Mexico. We use Petfinder to reach a greater audience for our dogs and adopt the majority of our dogs to the US and Canada.

We’ll review your application and may contact you for more info or a home check.

Approved adopters are matched with flight companions (flight angels) traveling from Puerto Vallarta. You’ll meet them at the airport to welcome your new pup home.

⚠️ It can be challenging to secure Canadian flight angels during May and June, so dogs may need to fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border if a Canadian flight angel is unavailable.

We have successfully completed many adoptions over the summer with volunteers helping to bring dogs to their adopters at the border — this remains a great option to keep adoptions moving forward. 🐾✈️❤️
