She’s confident and a little on the alpha side, so she does best around dogs that are more submissive or easygoing. She’s a smart girl who already knows how to sit and wait patiently for a treat. Dakota thrives on one-on-one attention from her people—she absolutely loves being the center of affection and forming a close, loyal bond. With her playful and energetic nature, she’s always ready to join in on adventures, playtime, or a good walk. Dakota does like to chase cats, so she would do best in a home without feline friends. She’s happiest when she can focus on her people and her canine companions instead! Dakota would do best in an active household where she can stay engaged, burn off energy, and enjoy plenty of love and attention. Dakota already knows how to sit and wait patiently for a treat. As she may not be potty trained, housetraining is typically the responsibility of the adopter.

Transporation
Dakota is currently fostered in Adair County, KY. We transport to Greenwood, IN, Wilmington, OH, Washington, PA, and Mount Joy, PA.
