Sweet Nugget is an unusual, lovable short-stack mix who may include Basset Hound and Catahoula Leopard Dog. He loves romping in the play yard, head scratches, toys, food, and cuddling up beside his people. He would make a wonderful binge-watch buddy and a fun, affectionate companion.

Ongoing Health

Nugget was heartworm positive and completed a slow-kill treatment plan. His six-month and one-year retests were negative. Adopters should follow up with their veterinarian about any additional treatment and monitoring.
