Sally (FOSTER NEEDED)

Sally is a stunning Shepherd mix with a sweet, friendly, outgoing personality. She is affectionate, calm, gentle, social, and well-mannered, making her a wonderful companion for first-time or experienced dog owners.

Ideal Home

Sally is friendly with people of all ages, including toddlers, and gets along well with other dogs. She is quiet and does not bark at unfamiliar people or dogs, making her well suited to apartment or condo living. She is not destructive, does not counter surf or dig, is not an escape artist, and can be contained by a 4-foot chain-link fence.

Ongoing Health

Sally tested positive for Lyme disease and is currently being treated with a 30-day course of doxycycline. Any remaining doses will be sent home with her, and the listing states that no follow-up is needed after completing the doxycycline. Lyme disease is not transmissible to people or other dogs.

Her $350 adoption fee includes spay/neuter as scheduled by the rescue, a microchip, rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccines, a 4DX test, deworming, heartworm prevention, and flea/tick prevention.

Training & Support

Sally is potty trained and crate trained. She is comfortable being crated for approximately eight hours while her foster works, settles calmly, and does not fuss. She politely keeps all four paws on the ground when greeting people and takes treats gently.
