Taco

Taco is a sweet, shy adult female Chihuahua mix who is looking for a patient and loving forever home. She can be very sweet once she gets to know you, but she is still learning to trust humans. Taco was a feral dog at one time and through a lot of dedicated work, she has formed a bond with her caregiver. This trust will need to be transferred to her new family. She would do best in a home where she can continue to build her confidence at her own pace.

Ideal Home

Taco requires a securely fenced yard to feel safe and comfortable. Due to her shy nature and past experiences, she would do best in a home without children.

Ongoing Health

Taco is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Taco is still working on her trust and may need continued patience and positive reinforcement to fully blossom. She will need time and understanding to transfer her trust to new people.
