Enzo Baby the Loyal Little Prince

Enzo Baby is an approximately 5-month-old, 37 lb bundle of sweetness and loyalty, believed to be a German Shepherd mix with perhaps some hound in his lineage. He's the kind of puppy who melts hearts with his floppy ears, big paws, and fur softer than a bunny. Enzo is incredibly gentle and affectionate, always wanting to be near his people, whether for adventures or quiet cuddles. He's a real shadow, happy to follow you around the house, snooze at your feet, or curl up beside you at bedtime.

Ideal Home

Enzo absolutely shines with other dogs and would be happiest in a home with a friendly canine companion to be part of his pack. He was also respectful and calm around the resident cat, suggesting he could do well in a home with feline friends, but a sleepover can be arranged to confirm. He's also shown potential to thrive in various living situations, including an apartment, condo, or a home with a backyard.

Ongoing Health

Enzo is up-to-date on all vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea, and heartworm prevention. His adoption fee includes all medical care received.

Training & Support

Enzo is a smart boy who already knows how to sit, is crate trained, and potty trained with wonderful house manners. He walks beautifully in the car and is learning to walk nicely on a leash. His food motivation makes him eager to learn, and his new family will find continuing his training fun and rewarding. While he can be a little shy with new people initially, he's gaining confidence through socialization and outings.

Transporation

Enzo is located in Texas. Transportation is available nationwide via our rescue run, USDA-certified transport system, with drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
