Lizzie

Lizzie is a 5 year old incredibly sweet, mild mannered little King Charles Cavalier Spaniel who came to Zoe's House after being surrendered from a commercial breeding farm. She is a typical Cav and is an absolute love bug. She is very gentle and friendly and just wants to be near her people. She does have a heart murmur which is also very typical of her breed. Lizzie is spayed, up to date on all of her shots and has had extensive dental work due to the severe neglect she endured all the while producing litter after litter before landing safely at Zoe's House. She does need to eat soft food as a result but it doesn't bother her and meal time is her favorite. Lizzie likes other friendly dogs and is unphased by cats. Her ideal home would be one where someone is home most of the time and she can shine in the role she was born to play as a loving companion. She is very affectionate and is doing very well with house training but regression is always expected in a new environment. Lizzie prefers a more laid back lifestyle and isn't really the hiking or adventure type of pup but more of a let's snuggle up and watch our shows gal. If you have been looking for a loving, low action new bestie, Lizzie just might be the girl for you!
