Stella

Stella is a sweet soul who found herself in a difficult situation. She was left behind when her owner was taken to the hospital and sadly, it's suspected they did not return. A kind neighbor alerted authorities, and Stella, along with another dog, was found and brought to safety. After a brief stay at the shelter, Stella was thankfully pulled by a rescue friend and brought to us. She's been recovering in a foster home and will be at our main facility in Claremont, NC soon. She has some stitches that will be removed in late April, and then she'll be ready to find her forever home!
