Dolly Lolly is a 1-year-old, 50 lb petite pittie mix with a wiggle-butt and a heart full of love! She greets her foster mom every day with the most enthusiastic welcome, a true testament to her affectionate nature. Dolly bonds deeply and will be your most loyal shadow, always wanting to be near you. She's a snuggle queen who enjoys pampering, like brushing and even "puppy massages" that can make her fall asleep! Don't let her sweet side fool you, she also has a playful and goofy streak, and loves to playfully "steal" shoes (though she never chews them!). She's crate trained, home trained, and affectionate with everyone she meets. Dolly can be a bit unsure in new environments but gains confidence with patience, especially on walks.
Ideal Home
Dolly would thrive as your one-and-only dog, showering you with all the love she has to give. She would also do best in a cat-free home, as her excitement around cats suggests she might chase them. A patient adopter who can help her build confidence and feel secure would be ideal.
Ongoing Health
Dolly is up-to-date on all vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, and flea prevention. She also receives a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative.
Training & Support
Dolly is home and crate trained. She needs a little help gaining confidence in new environments, but with patience and gentle guidance, she opens up nicely.

Transporation
Dolly is currently located in Houston, Texas. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our rescue-run USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. Transport to Canada requires pick-up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT.
