ANNABELLE

Annabelle is a delightful approximately 1-year-old, 11-pound bundle of energy with a mixed heritage of Shih Tzu, Poodle, and Chihuahua. She's a feisty girl who loves to zoom around the yard with her canine friends, but she also enjoys a good snuggle session and will happily hop onto your lap for some love. Annabelle is eager to learn and would benefit from continued training in house-training and leash manners. She tends to pull on the leash, so a harness is recommended for walks. Annabelle can experience some separation anxiety and may bark when left alone initially, but she usually settles down quickly. She would likely do best in a home with a companion animal to keep her entertained and provide company.

Ideal Home

Annabelle would thrive in a home that can provide her with plenty of opportunities for play and exercise, as well as patient guidance with her training. A home with another dog to keep her company would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Annabelle is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all her vaccinations, including Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza. She is also on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas, ticks, and parasites.

Training & Support

Annabelle is not fully house-trained and will need continued positive reinforcement for house-training and leash manners. She does better with a harness on walks. Due to some separation anxiety, she may bark when left alone but typically settles quickly. Ongoing patience and consistency will be key to her continued success.
