About Willow

Hiya Friends! My name is Willow and I'm a 1-year-old female Shepherd mix with a heart full of love and a boundless energy for adventure! I was found all alone as a little bitty puppy and thankfully rescued from the cold. After a kind person helped me get vetted, I waited for a home, but no one stepped up. Now, I'm with the best rescue ever, waiting for my forever family! I'm a high-energy gal who loves to play, and a tired puppy is a happy puppy! I enjoy rough-and-tumble play and zoomie chases with other large, energetic dogs, so a playful canine companion would be fantastic! I'm also house- and crate-trained, and while I'm learning obedience in my foster home, I'm eager to earn a PhD in good behavior! I'd love to join you on walks, hikes, runs, or any adventure life throws our way – I can keep up with your fast-paced lifestyle as long as you promise to bring me along! If you're looking for an energetic, snuggly, friendly, playful, and overall wonderful girl, here I am!

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a home with older kids (10+) and a resident large, high-energy male dog to play with. I am not a good fit for homes with cats. I need a family that can provide plenty of physical and mental exercise to keep me happy and well-behaved.

Ongoing Health

All dogs in our care are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, and have been spayed or neutered.

Training & Support

I am house and crate trained, but I need a full obedience training program to ensure I'm the best-behaved girl I can be. I am eager to learn and excited to continue my education with my new family!
