Meet Baxter, a joyful senior with adventure in his heart! Baxter was rescued in Puerto Vallarta from a man experiencing homelessness who could no longer care for his three dogs. Despite his past, Baxter has remained one of the happiest, most loving boys you will ever meet. He has medium energy, loves to play, and absolutely lives for attention. Baxter is ready for a soft landing, a warm home, and a family who will adore him for the rest of his golden years.

Transportation

Our rescue is located near Bucerias, Mexico. We facilitate adoptions to the US and Canada by matching approved adopters with flight companions (flight angels) traveling from Puerto Vallarta. You will meet your new pup at the airport. During the summer months, if a Canadian flight angel is unavailable, dogs may fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border. Volunteers have successfully assisted with bringing dogs to adopters at the border during the summer.
