Dixilyn

Dixilyn is a sweet, approximately 3.5-year-old female Shepherd/Collie mix, weighing around 40-45 lbs. She was rescued from a small shelter in Oklahoma and is a friendly, good-natured, playful, and affectionate girl who simply wants to be with her people and be loved. She has been excellent with toddlers and is good with other dogs, quickly picking up new things due to her smart nature.

Ideal Home

Dixie REQUIRES another playful dog in the home to help her thrive, as she takes cues from other dogs for guidance. She would love a home where she is included in family activities. A securely fenced, stockade-fenced backyard is a must for her to run and play safely.

Ongoing Health

Dixie is spayed, current on vaccines, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Dixie is crate-trained and doing great with her house-training. She is progressing with her leash training and will need continued assistance and practice in this area.
