Born on 9/29/18 and weighing about 60 pounds, he's a gentle soul and a tender-hearted love bug at his core. He's an adventurous pup who would make an amazing hiking, running, or biking companion for an active family or individual.

Ideal Home

Rufus would do best as a solo dog in the household. He is not a candidate for homes with cats.

Ongoing Health

Rufus is up-to-date on vaccinations and has been neutered.

Training & Support

Rufus knows basic commands like sit, stay, and lay down, and rides well in the car. While his leash manners are usually excellent, he can get overly excited and pull if he spots a bunny or squirrel. Rufus has undergone extensive training, and his new family can take advantage of a free session to learn the best techniques for managing his energy.
