Doc McGee is the name, and fun is the game! My very short life was almost over a couple of weeks ago, alone in a rural pound with no hope of getting out alive. But my luck changed in that little shelter, and I was saved! I am a mixture of some hunting dogs with herding qualities. I like to raise up my paw when I see something in the backyard and try to corral my foster mom's dogs around the yard. I am the sweetest boy at nighttime and love to snuggle skin-on-skin with my foster mommy in her bed. I do not like my kennel to sleep in and will bark if I cannot be with you. I am athletic and energetic and love to wrestle with my doggy siblings. I really want a fun furry friend to play with in my new home. I also like to play with the two-legged humans that like to talk "baby talk" to me. I am a fun boy and like to play with any and all squeaky toys, and I like to chew on anything that my toofers fit on. I am very good at fetching when my human throws toys.

Training & Support
Doc McGee is still working on potty training. He always pees outside, but sometimes has accidents inside. He needs to go out immediately upon waking and within two minutes of eating to continue his success. He also enjoys chewing on various items and is good at fetching.
