Kelly is the biggest of her siblings at 12lbs— a stunning black and tan Chihuahua mix with a whole lot of love packed into her little body. She was found living under a house in rural Texas, likely dumped alongside her mom and siblings, but she hasn’t let her rough beginning dull her sparkle. Kelly is a happy, slightly shy girl who may take a minute to warm up, but once she does, her affectionate and playful personality shines bright. She has lots of energy and would love a home that will give her time to zoom, play, and then soak up all the cuddles she can get. She was born in February 2025.
