Carlie

Carlie is a beautiful female Husky mix, estimated to be 1-2 years old, who is searching for her furever home. She had a rough start, ending up in a high-kill shelter in Texas and was at serious risk of euthanasia. Thankfully, Hoardin Huskies rescued her, and she's eager to start her new life without ever looking back. Carlie adores humans and especially loves being petted and having her belly rubbed. She's a happy, sassy, and sometimes bossy girl who enjoys the company of other dogs, as she experienced positive interactions at a play park.

Ideal Home

Carlie would thrive in a home where she can receive plenty of affection and attention. She gets along well with most other dogs and has also been listed as good with children under 8 and children 8 and up.

Ongoing Health

Carlie is HW positive. She has received a 1-year ProHeart Injection, which is a part of a slow-kill treatment method for heartworm.

Training & Support

While Carlie is noted as house-trained, her "sassy and sometimes bossy" personality might require consistent guidance and positive reinforcement to ensure she continues to be a well-behaved companion.
