Aurora is an 11-month-old female Plott Hound mix with a beautiful brindle coat. She's already spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations. Aurora is heartworm positive and will be undergoing treatment starting May 21, 2026. She tested negative for other common infections. Aurora is a large, energetic pup who would likely do well with other dogs, as she interacted positively with them in her previous environment.

Ideal Home

Aurora is a young, large breed dog with a lot of life to live! She'll need an active home that can keep up with her energy and provide her with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.

Aurora is currently heartworm positive and will be starting treatment on May 21, 2026. We will provide you with all the necessary information and support to ensure her treatment goes smoothly.

Training & Support

As a young dog, Aurora will benefit from continued training and socialization to help her become the best companion she can be. Positive reinforcement methods will work best for this sweet girl.
