Meet Misty! This sweet 2-year-old, 55-pound Great Pyrenees mix is a bit shy at first but warms up to become a devoted companion. She's a gentle soul who gets along well with cats and other dogs, making her a fantastic addition to a household. Misty would do best with children who are past their younger, more boisterous years.

Ideal Home

Misty needs a home with a securely fenced yard, which is a must. She would thrive with a family who appreciates a quieter dog and can offer her patience and kindness as she blossoms. A comfy spot on the sofa would be the cherry on top!

Ongoing Health

Misty has a mildly collapsing trachea. While this may sound concerning, it simply means she needs to use a chest harness instead of a collar for all leash activities. With the correct harness, this condition is easily managed and only occasionally results in a cough if the harness isn't fitted perfectly.

Training & Support

Misty is a quiet and polite dog. Her new family should be prepared to offer her kindness and patience to help her feel secure and comfortable in her new environment.
