About WOLFIE > Bleeding Heart Society

Wolfie is a gorgeous and unique about-one-year-old boy weighing in at 63 lbs. He's very people-friendly and has shown no issues with cats or other dogs. Wolfie is a high-energy pup, rating an 8 out of 10, who loves to live life to the fullest with joyful play. He is incredibly affectionate, loving kisses, hugs, and snuggles, and he's a gentle soul who takes treats delicately. Despite spending a good part of his life in isolation, Wolfie is very smart and already knows "sit" on command, showing he's very in tune with communication. His coyote-like coloring makes him stand out, and he has a knack for making people laugh. He thrives on attention, walks, and adventures, and like many Huskies, he's not a fan of being cooped up. Wolfie is house-trained in his kennel, keeping it clean, and we believe he'll adapt quickly to a home environment with consistent structure. He shows no signs of storm or separation anxiety. On walks, he's initially excited to explore but calms down and follows instructions without much pulling. He's also well-behaved in the car. Wolfie has a high food drive and is motivated by treats, though he prefers adventures! His prey drive appears standard, with no unusual behaviors observed.

Ideal Home

Wolfie would do well with an active family or an individual or couple who enjoys activities like hiking and is eager to engage with him.

Ongoing Health

Wolfie has no known health concerns.

Training & Support

Wolfie has never lived in a house before, so he would need some time and a slow introduction to adjust to being inside. With consistent structure, he's expected to learn quickly.
