Meet Peter Pepper, a charming and gentle boy who's ready to find his forever home! Peter is a delightful 2 1/2-year-old, 21-pound companion with a wonderfully calm demeanor. He's the perfect size for adventures, and even better for cozying up on the couch. Peter has a thoughtful nature and can be a little shy with new people, but with a little patience, some tasty treats, and gentle pets, he'll warm up and show you his sweet, affectionate side. He's not a demanding dog; he's content to simply be by your side, soaking in the love.
Ideal Home
Peter would thrive in a home that understands that building trust takes time. He may do well with slightly older children who can match his calm energy and approach him gently. He's adaptable and could do well in an apartment or a home with a yard, as long as he's with his people. He would be happy as an only pet or with other dogs who are respectful of his space and manners.
Ongoing Health
Peter is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP vaccinations with boosters, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccine. He has also received multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments and is on flea and heartworm prevention. He has been spayed and microchipped.
Training & Support
Peter walks nicely on leash and enjoys exploring. While he's generally well-behaved, continued guidance and proper introductions will help him settle in smoothly with any new companions, whether they be canine or feline.
