Meet Dobs!
This sweet and loving guy was rescued from an overcrowded shelter where he was at risk of being euthanized due to lack of space. We're so happy he's now safe and sound in a loving foster home. Dobs is a friendly, happy, and easy-going companion who absolutely adores being with his people. He lives for cuddles and pets and enjoys short, leisurely walks. While he sleeps quietly in his crate at night, he'd much rather snuggle up in bed with his favorite human. He's a good eater and a big fan of treats! Dobs generally gets along with other dogs but seems to prefer human company and can become a little protective of his food if another dog is around. He's very affectionate, handles being left alone well, and is overjoyed to greet his people with kisses upon their return, though he can be a bit mouthy when seeking attention. Dobs is house-trained and reliably takes care of business when taken outside. He's usually a quiet observer but will offer an alert bark when someone approaches the door. Dobs is simply a wonderful dog looking for his forever family.
Ideal Home
Dobs thrives with a person or people who can give him plenty of attention and cuddles. He can be a bit mouthy when seeking attention and may get snarky with other dogs over food, so he would do best in a home where his human can manage these situations.
