Marcy

Marcy is a sweet and lovable 8-1/2-year-old female red & white Pit Bull Terrier who is looking for her forever home. She was rescued from a high-kill shelter in California and has been waiting a long time for a family to call her own. Marcy is incredibly loyal and adores receiving pets, rubs, and lots of affection from her people.

Ideal Home

Marcy truly thrives as the only dog in the home, but she has done well with male dogs in the past and may be a good fit for a home with a male canine companion. She loves people and is looking for a family who can look past her imperfections and see the wonderful companion she is.

Ongoing Health

About two years ago, Marcy was attacked by another dog and lost part of her nose. While this gives her a unique look, it does not affect her in any way and she remains a loving and happy dog.

Training & Support

Marcy is house-trained and still very active. She would love to go for walks and hikes and enjoys human attention and affection.
