Half Shepherd, Half Doberman, Full-Time Good Girl

Chela is a delightful 10-month-old mix of German Shepherd and Doberman, weighing in at a lean 40 pounds. She's a bundle of energy and affection, ready to bring joy and a whole lot of tail wags into your life. Chela has a truly social spirit, thriving in the company of other dogs and loving to play and wrestle. She greets everyone with infectious enthusiasm, as if you've been best friends forever, and is wonderful with children. She's curious and adaptable, always ready to go with the flow.

Ideal Home

Chela would thrive in a home with another friendly dog to play with, though her sunny disposition can brighten any household. A yard would be a great bonus for her to explore and play in. She’s looking for a family with a good sense of humor and an extra spot on the couch. She is best suited for homes with children 10 years and older.

Ongoing Health

Chela is a healthy pup with no known ongoing health conditions.

Training & Support

Chela is still mastering house training, leash walking, and crate manners. However, she is very eager to please and learns quickly. She will need a patient adopter who can guide her through these learning experiences with understanding and encouragement.

Transportation

Chela is currently being fostered in Texas and will be transported to her perfect forever home by our rescue. Transports depart weekly.
