Sheryl- Transport

Sheryl is a sweet and gentle 2-year-old Miniature Poodle who is currently being cared for in a foster home in Kentucky. She can be a little shy at first but blossoms into a loyal and affectionate companion with a little patience and understanding. Sheryl enjoys a calm environment where she can feel safe and build trust with her person. She loves quiet moments and being close to her favorite humans.

Sheryl would do best in a home that can offer her a calm environment where she can settle in at her own pace. She needs a patient and understanding person who can help her feel safe and confident.

Ongoing Health

All dogs from Wags receive essential veterinary care before adoption, including being spayed or neutered (if age appropriate), fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, maintained on heartworm prevention, treated for fleas and ticks, and dewormed as needed.

Training & Support

Sheryl may need some time and consistency to build confidence. Unless specifically stated in the dog’s bio, assume potty training is still in progress. Many rescue dogs come from difficult backgrounds and may need patience and training in their new home.

Transporation

Sheryl is currently being fostered in Adair County, KY. Transport is available to approved adopters in Greenwood, Indiana; Wilmington, Ohio; and Washington, Pennsylvania. Transport is only available after application approval, deposit payment, and signing a transport agreement.
