Teddy

Hi, my name is Teddy. I'm a young, medium-sized, short-haired hound mix with a golden coat. I was found on the side of a county road, alone, starving, and with staples in my head – it was a really tough time for me. Thankfully, the wonderful people at Lucies Project rescued me and have been taking great care of me. They think I might have been a hog dog, but I'm just too sweet for that life! With a little proper training, I'm sure I'll be the perfect companion. I love playing with other dogs and have made many friends here at the rescue. All I want is a loving family to call my own. I'm leash and crate trained and also make an awesome watch dog!

Ongoing Health

I've had the staples removed from my head and am feeling much better! I'm up-to-date on vaccinations and have been neutered.

Training & Support

I am leash and crate trained and a great watch dog! I am eager to please and believe with the right guidance, I can learn anything.

Applications start by contacting us through Wags. A phone interview is required for all adoptions to ensure our dogs are going to a safe, loving, and caring home.

Transporation

I am currently located at Lucies Project in Sheridan, TX. We are able to transport dogs to approved adopters.
