It's clear this little family hadn't had much positive interaction with people, but day by day Charlie has learned to trust, feel safe, and come out of his shell. Charlie is playful, sweet, and gentle. He's discovering how fun toys, treats, and affection can be, and it's been so rewarding to watch his personality blossom.
