Mando is a charming 1-year and 6-month-old Pit Bull Terrier who is in urgent need of a loving home! He's currently at the Kern County Animal Services - Bakersfield Shelter and has been waiting for his forever family since June 15, 2026. Sadly, Mando has an upper respiratory infection, which puts him at a higher risk at the shelter. He needs to be rescued as soon as possible! The shelter environment is challenging, with over 300 dogs housed in metal warehouses without outdoor runs, making it a difficult situation for all the animals.
