Rory

Rory is a playful pup who is ready to find his forever family! He's a curious and energetic young dog who will thrive in an active home. Rory is looking for a family who can provide him with plenty of attention, exercise, and training. He's eager to learn and grow, and with the right guidance, he'll make a wonderful companion.

Ideal Home

Rory would do best in a home with an adult resident dog who is at least 50 pounds and has a youthful, playful energy. This will give Rory a mentor and help him learn how to be part of a family. He also needs a home where someone is present at least part of the day; homes where people are away for 6-8 hours at a time are not a good fit for Rory. Preference will be given to applicants with Great Pyrenees experience. A secure, visible fence and a socialization plan are also required.

Ongoing Health

All of Rory's initial vetting, including spay or neuter, distemper/parvo vaccines, flea preventative, and deworming, is included in the adoption fee.

Training & Support

Rory is a puppy and will require ongoing training and socialization to help him become a well-adjusted adult dog. He will benefit greatly from a consistent routine and positive reinforcement methods.

Transportation

Rory is currently located in Texas, and monthly transports are available to various locations. The Northeast transport fee is $200. The Northwest and Midwest transport fees range from $225-$350. The Southeast transport fees range from $250-$350. Adopters outside of Texas will pay the cost of transport services.
