Meet Buddy McBee, a 3.5-year-old, 63 lb Australian Shepherd mix with a heart full of love to give! Buddy's journey began a little rough, and he can be a bit hesitant when first meeting new people. However, with the incredible support of his foster family and professional training, he's blossoming into a confident and affectionate companion. Once Buddy trusts you, his sweet and loving personality truly shines. He adores playtime and zoomies in the backyard, and a good run helps him feel his best. He's already mastered commands like "sit," "shake," and "lay down," and he's even comfortable with muzzle training, showing his willingness to work through any challenges.

Ideal Home

Buddy needs a patient and experienced dog owner who understands that building trust takes time. He thrives with a calm and confident presence and would do best in a home without young children. A mellow and respectful canine companion could be a good fit for him.

Ongoing Health

Buddy is up-to-date on core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies), has been spayed/neutered, and is microchipped.

Training & Support

Buddy has received professional training, including muzzle training and desensitization for calmness. He continues to learn and grow every day and benefits greatly from a steady and reassuring handler.

Transporation

Buddy is currently located in South Texas. He can be transported to his new home after adoption. We deliver to multiple states on the East and West Coast, including Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Utah, Connecticut, Virginia, and Maryland.
