Lincoln

Lincoln is a sweet soul with a gentle spirit, seeking a quiet and loving home to share his golden years. He had a difficult start in life, arriving with injuries that have since healed thanks to the care he received. Despite his past, Lincoln is a calm and subdued companion who truly enjoys the simple pleasures: a good head massage, a soft bed, and the company of his favorite humans. He's proven to be a model citizen in his crate, napping peacefully and remaining accident-free. Lincoln is affectionate with those he knows and is very food-motivated, especially by cheese and pepperoni!

Ideal Home

Lincoln would thrive in a peaceful environment where he can relax and receive plenty of gentle affection. He enjoys quiet time and seems to be most comfortable in a calm setting.

Ongoing Health

Lincoln has a history of pressure sores, scarring, and broken teeth, all of which have been addressed. He has a generally subdued energy level, and while he can be slow to move, he is able to get up and walk without issue.

Training & Support

Lincoln is very food-motivated, which will be a great asset for any training. He is described as timid and gentle, and he has shown a desire to be close to his people, often resting his head in their laps for pets. He has been noted to be very good on leash and enjoys sniffing everything on walks.
