Whoopi - A Sweet Girl Hoping for a Miracle

Whoopi is an unforgettable girl with a heart full of love. She was found abandoned and alone, but thanks to the care of a rescuer, she's recovering from heartworm and ready for the life she deserves. Whoopi is a true lovebug who melts for belly rubs and cuddles, especially in bed! While she has bursts of playful energy, she's mostly a calm and easygoing companion, happiest napping by your side. Her adorable smile and squishy cheeks are sure to win you over.

Whoopi is a smart cookie, already potty trained and knows "sit." She learns routines quickly and heads straight for her treat spot after walks. She's respectful in the home, only chews her toys, and enjoys car rides. She forms deep, loyal bonds with her family.

Ideal Home

Whoopi would do best in a home without cats. Her interactions with other dogs are still being evaluated, and she'll need slow introductions and continued socialization. A fenced yard would be ideal for her to build confidence.

Ongoing Health

Whoopi has been diagnosed with heartworm but is well on her way to a full recovery with dedicated care.

Training & Support

Whoopi has started leash training with a prong collar and has shown great progress. She respects the home and only chews on her toys.
