Meet Vega! This sweet girl came to us because she wasn't getting along with the other dog in her previous home. While she can be a little shy when meeting new people, her wiggle butt and friendly personality quickly come through. Vega loves attention and is a true sweetheart. She's done well meeting smaller dogs at our shelter, though she sometimes forgets her own size!

Vega would love a home filled with love, a comfy spot to lounge, and plenty of opportunities for outdoor fun on cooler days.

Ongoing Health

As a brachycephalic (short-nosed) breed, Vega may be prone to breathing difficulties and other health concerns associated with this condition. Her new family should be mindful of keeping her cool and avoiding strenuous activity in hot weather.
