Cookie is a sweet and playful 10-week-old Terrier Mix puppy who, along with her sisters, was rescued from a rural organization in Virginia. These energetic girls love to wrestle and play with their toys. Cookie is estimated to weigh around 12 lbs and will likely grow into a medium-sized dog.

Ideal Home

We are looking for a home where someone is present at least half of the workday, as it's not healthy for a puppy to be left alone for extended periods. All current pets in the household must be up-to-date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered.

Ongoing Health

Cookie has received age-appropriate vaccines and dewormings. There is a $100 spay/neuter deposit required, with the adopter agreeing to have the procedure done at their chosen vet. Documentation of the spay/neuter must be provided to LHAR for a refund of the deposit.

Training & Support

As a young puppy, Cookie will benefit from continued training and socialization to help her grow into a well-adjusted adult dog.

• All current pets in the household must be up to date on shots and be spayed/neutered. Veterinary references will be contacted.
• Someone must be in the home or work from home for at least half of the workday throughout the work week.

Cookie will be available for adoption at the Frederick MD Petsmart on 7/12 from 11 AM to 3 PM.
