Spiral Shakerly

Spiral, an approximately 3.5-year-old mixed breed weighing 54 pounds, is much better known as Dottie, for all her adorable polka dots! This sweet girl has worked hard to learn what it means to be a true companion after a past life of isolation. Once she gets to know you, Dottie blossoms into an exuberant and happy dog with a wonderfully playful spirit. She is eager to please and loves to engage, making her a joy to train. She has a keen interest in obedience and would thrive with an adopter who enjoys bonding through training activities.

Ideal Home

Dottie would love a relaxed adult home with active humans. She can be a bit too enthusiastic for smaller dogs, so a canine housemate weighing 25 pounds or more would be ideal. She is uncomfortable around young children due to their quick movements.

Ongoing Health

Dottie is up to date on shots and preventatives and is microchipped.

Training & Support

Dottie thrives on mental stimulation and would love an adopter who enjoys training. She has learned to find a happy medium in her enthusiasm for obedience, but continues to flourish with brain-engaging activities.
