Raleigh is a deaf dog, but don't let that fool you – he communicates wonderfully through his expressive eyes, his loving heart, and a growing vocabulary of hand signs! He's already mastered "sit" and many other signs, and he consistently checks in with his person, showing a deep desire to connect. Volunteers adore Raleigh, praising his perfect leash manners (a solid 12/10!) and how he walks like an absolute dream. He's also a social butterfly, showing great interest in meeting other dogs and looking for playtime opportunities. Raleigh embodies pure sweetness, bringing a gentle and joyful presence that is simply delightful.
