Big is a resilient pup with a quiet determination to keep going, despite a difficult past. He was rescued from a situation with nearly 40 other dogs where he experienced unkindness and fear of human interaction. Shortly after his rescue, he bravely battled an intestinal obstruction and has since made a full recovery.

Big needs a special person who understands that trust takes time and that the greatest relationships are built slowly. He would thrive in a quiet home with a patient, compassionate individual who is willing to let him move at his own pace.

Big has fully recovered from an intestinal obstruction and is currently healthy.

Training & Support

While Big can still be nervous around people, he is bravely making progress every day. He needs a patient owner who will allow him to build trust gradually.
