Mowie

Mowie is a delightful 12.5-pound Chihuahua/Dachshund mix with an approximate birthday of January 15, 2024. He's a spunky little guy, inheriting some feisty traits from his Chihuahua heritage, but underneath that spirited exterior is a total sweetheart who just wants to be loved. He's already neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested negative, wormed, and microchipped.

Ideal Home

Mowie would thrive in a home with older children (9 years and up) who can understand his need for gentle interaction. He also prefers the company of smaller dogs, as he can be timid around larger dogs until he feels comfortable and safe.

Ongoing Health

Mowie is up-to-date on all his medical needs and has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested negative for heartworm, and wormed.

Training & Support

Mowie is crate trained, but he does need to use a belly band indoors while we continue to work on house training. With patience and consistency, we're confident he'll master this! His slight nervousness around unfamiliar situations means he'll benefit from a patient and understanding family.
