About Coconut

I'm Coconut, a one-year-old, 45-pound doodle mix with a heart as big as my love for my people. I believe life is always better when we're together, and my favorite place in the world is right next to you. I'm a total cuddle bug who gives amazing hugs, and I'll happily follow you from room to room because I just love being with my humans.

I'm generally laid back, but I also enjoy getting outside for walks, where I'm a good girl on a leash. I've also discovered the joy of playing with other dogs and would love a home with a friendly canine companion to share in wrestling and zoomies. A little secret about me: I'm more athletic than I look and have learned to jump fences! Because of this, I’ll need a home with a tall, secure fence and people who will keep an eye on me when I’m outside. Mealtime is my favorite time, and while I'm not food aggressive, I do get excited. I even eat from a puzzle bowl to make every meal a fun challenge! I think I'd be happy with respectful kids and an active family who wants me to be a part of their everyday life. I’m not a backyard dog; I want to be where my family is. I’m loyal, affectionate, goofy, and ready to love my people with my whole heart. If you're looking for a best friend who gives great hugs, loves adventures, and will never let you feel alone, I think we might be the perfect match.

Ongoing Health

Training & Support

I get a little too excited at mealtime and eat from a puzzle bowl. I've also learned to jump fences, so supervision when outdoors is recommended.
