Thicket

Meet Thicket, a charming little guy who's about 14 pounds of pure personality! This handsome Chihuahua mix was born on June 12, 2023, and is ready to find his forever family. Thicket is a moderate-energy pup who enjoys a good walk and is already crate trained, making him a potentially great apartment dog. He also rides well in the car, so he'll be ready for adventures with you!

Ideal Home

Thicket would do best in a home with children 8 years and older. He's good with other dogs, but we're unsure how he'd do with cats. A fenced yard is preferred to give him space to roam and play safely.

Ongoing Health

Thicket is neutered and microchipped. Like all of our dogs, he has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated for rabies, bordetella, distemper, parvo, adenovirus, and hepatitis. He has also been tested for heartworms and receives monthly heartworm and flea prevention. He's up-to-date on all necessary vet care and doesn't have any known special needs.

Training & Support

Thicket is not yet familiar with basic commands, so he'll benefit from an experienced home that can help him learn and grow. Consistent training and positive reinforcement will be key to his success.
