Dakota is a sweet, goofy Standard Poodle/Terrier mix with a scruffy beard, wavy coat, and a love of kisses. She is friendly, social, loyal, and enjoys being outside and cuddling at bedtime.

Ideal Home

Dakota would thrive with a yard or an active person or family who can provide walks, hikes, puzzle toys, companionship, and mental stimulation. She loves other dogs and would enjoy a canine sibling, but she can also be happy as a solo pet.

Ongoing Health

Dakota is vaccinated. The rescue provides testing, deworming, spaying/neutering, microchipping, and necessary follow-up veterinary care for its dogs while they are in foster care.

Training & Support

She is 90% potty trained, sleeps comfortably for 8–9 hours overnight without a potty break, and is quickly learning crate training and how to be alone.
