Formally introducing Henry PC! Redheads aren’t commonly revered as hunk muffins, but this handsome boy might just change your mind! He's a certified pumpkin hunk muffin, with a personality that might make you think of a wolf morphing from a film character.
When Henry PC first arrived, he was scared and shut down, not making a peep. Coming from the streets to a busy rescue environment was confusing, and he needed time to process everything. After about two weeks of decompression, he started to come out of his shell! He became vocal, waggy, affectionate, ate well, and showed interest in watching other dogs play. His foster mom, Patricia, says he seemed to get louder by the minute, perhaps showing off some Husky genes!
A DNA test on Henry PC would be fascinating! He's got a bit of a mysterious vibe, with a look that could evoke Timmy falling down the well or Lassie, but also Husky. And what about that exceptional amber color? It’s probably best not to try and recreate this unique mix – he’s one of a kind!
However, Henry PC is not for the faint of heart or the impatient person. He’s a sweetheart once he knows you, but he’ll need a human who is patient, kind, and eager to guide him as he blossoms. He's been good with female dogs, but can be a bit too forward with male dogs. He would make a great training partner for the right person. His foster mom, who has rescued hundreds of dogs, says, “He’s the most beautiful dog I’ve ever seen!”
