Meet Andrew & Nayef Homsi-Peel of Arc-en-Ciel Biewers. Andrew & Nayef Homei-Peel are from New York and breed Biewer Terriers under the Arc-en-Ciel (French for Rainbow) kennel name. We are a show dog family, we are dog lovers and breeding dogs for us is a matter of breed preservation and improvement upon older generations, we are not a dog business. When we communicate with prospective homes we expect to meet new friends to be part of the Arc-en-Ciel family. It is very important for us to breed a pretty dog, Toy breeds have to have cute heads and sweet expressions, but health and temperament are tantamount to physical beauty.
