Lyla

Lyla has it all - beauty, brains, sweetness, and that goofy puppy personality that makes you laugh out loud. This wonderful girl is looking for a family who will help her shine. She came to Cameron Animal Rescue when her former owners could no longer care for her. At 5 months old, she is smart, playful, silly, and high energy. She learns commands quickly, and is very treat and praise motivated. Lyla can also be shy with new people, in new situations, and with loud noises, and her new family must be patient with her, and continue to socialize her and expose her to new sights and sounds.

Ideal Home

Lyla loves other dogs and would thrive in a home with an older, confident dog who can show her the ropes and teach her how to be brave in new situations. She has lots of energy and loves running and playing with toys, so another dog to play with would be wonderful for her. She would do best in a home with a fenced-in yard, but that is not a strict requirement for those who have other exercise options for her.

Ongoing Health

Lyla is a healthy girl. Her adoption includes her complete series of DHLPPi (distemper), Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines; fecal testing and deworming; heartworm and flea/tick preventive for 1 month; spay; microchip; and 30 days of free insurance.

Training & Support

Lyla can be shy with new people, in new situations, and with loud noises. Her new family must be patient with her and continue to socialize her and expose her to new sights and sounds. She is treat and praise motivated, and learns commands quickly.
