Meet Avicii! This energetic pup brings his own unique rhythm to life, and he's ready to share it with you. Found wandering alone near Playa Las Tortugas, Avicii was rescued by a kind camper who couldn't leave him behind. A local farmer had been providing him with food, showing that even in difficult circumstances, kindness prevails. Avicii is a survivor of distemper, which has resulted in a charming full-body wiggle that he displays with pure joy. This condition doesn't slow him down one bit, and he's as happy and social as can be! He absolutely loves people and has also shown himself to be great with other dogs, happily running and playing with his pals.

Ongoing Health
Avicii is a survivor of distemper, which has left him with a noticeable full-body wiggle. This is a part of what makes him so special, and it does not impact his happiness or ability to play. All of his vetting is complete.

Transportation
Avicii is currently in Puerto Vallarta. Approved adopters will be matched with flight companions to bring him to you. If a Canadian flight companion is unavailable during the summer months, Avicii may fly into the US and can be met at Peace Arch Park at the border. We have a network of volunteers who can assist with transport to the border if needed.
