Berry Blu Penelope is an adorable puppy with the gentlest heart and the sweetest, most peaceful soul. Soft, mellow, and wonderfully relaxed, she's the kind of pupper who takes life slow and easy, earning her title as the Queen of Relaxation and Master of Zen. Estimated to be around 3 months old and weighing about 21 pounds, she might be a Labrador/Shepherd mix, but as a rescue, her breed and age are our best guess. What we are certain of is that this adorable girl will capture your heart and never let go.
Berry Blu is happiest when she's close to you, or even better, right on top of you. She loves to snuggle and will gently lean in for little kisses and quiet moments of affection. She's an expert-level napper and can snooze just about anywhere, curling up contentedly wherever she feels safe and loved. Her mostly white coat is perfectly accented by warm tan spots on her face, ears, and tail. Everything about her is soft, calm, and comforting, from her gentle nature to the way she quietly shares her love. Berry Blu is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative injection, and a heartworm test. She is also microchipped with free lifetime registration.
Training & Support
Berry Blu has been assessed by trainers on staff, and behavior has been modified as needed. She has individualized behavior plans to help prepare her for her future family, including crate training, potty training, and leash walking.

Transportation
Berry Blu is currently in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA-certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. You will have the opportunity to track her journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, and connect with fellow adopters and fosters through a private Facebook event page. A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
