Penelope is a 1.5-year-old mixed breed who is already spayed and mostly housetrained with a consistent routine. She's also leash-trained, giving you a great head start! Penelope is adventurous and affectionate, and she genuinely enjoys the company of other dogs, making her a fantastic addition to multi-dog households. At 47.5 pounds, she has the perfect size and spirit for outdoor adventures or cozy home life.
