Meet Harvey!

Harvey is a young puppy with a sweet and intelligent nature, believed to be a German Shepherd/Doberman mix. He's a smart boy who already knows commands like "sit," "down," and "leave it," and he's eager to learn more. Harvey enjoys training sessions and walks beautifully on a leash. He's highly food-motivated, which makes learning new things a rewarding experience for him. Beyond his love for training, Harvey is a playful puppy who entertains himself with toys. When it's time to relax, he transforms into a cuddle bug who loves to snuggle. Harvey has been exposed to dogs and cats in his foster home and enjoys playtime with other dogs. He's an adorable pup with a sleek black coat, distinctive tan eyebrows, and "tan socks."

Harvey would thrive in a home that can provide continued training, enrichment, and engagement. Adopters should be prepared for an intelligent and active dog.

Ongoing Health

Harvey is up-to-date on all vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention. He has received a health certificate deeming him healthy for travel.

Training & Support

Harvey is a smart and eager-to-please puppy who benefits from positive reinforcement for training, including potty training and leash walking.

Transporation

Harvey is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide via the rescue's USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
